A very warm welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I'm Rondi and I'm a Mortgage Broker in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
My goal at Progressive Mortgage, Inc. is to provide you with the most pleasant and courteous loan process you have ever encountered.
3 things set me apart in the mortgage industry:
1. I EDUCATE my clients! So that they can make the most informed decision for them, their family and their business. I take my work very seriously and with the utmost integrity and respect.
2. I believe in constant communication! So that everyone knows exactly where the loan is in the process. Realtors are notified of loan approval by e-mail, fax and phone call. We work with our Realtors to meet their specific communication needs. Clients are notified of loan approval by phone call and a mailed "Congratulations" card.
3. I have the best rates and products on the market! I am confident one of our products will fit you and your clients needs beautifully.
