Hi – I’m Rock Earle, owner and designated broker of COLDWELL BANKER ROX REALTY. I’ve been involved in Golden Corridor real estate for 36 years, and established my first brokerage office in Casa Grande in 1981. Since that time I have a full range of real estate experience including investments in all types commercial properties as well as land development.
I retired in 2006 and traveled the world – my only real hobby other than buying real estate. That was tiring me out, so when T-bill yields fell to almost zero in 2008, I figured there were going to be great investment opportunities in the Great Recession, so I came home and started paying attention to the real estate market.
Since then I have been fortunate to attract (2008) the entire Mahoney Group real estate staff to ROX REAL ESTATE, then merged (2012) with a local Century 21 and the dominant Coldwell Banker Excel to form the area's premier real estate agency - COLDWELL BANKER ROX REALTY. In my spare time during that period I bought and syndicated many millions of dollars of investment property. Over the years, my success in commercial real estate (mainly land) has been based on my technical strengths; I think very logically about investing and want to see only the facts when I buy, so over the years I have developed a proprietary system of maps showing land sales that work very well with a certain type of buyer. And that being said, I've always believed that if you do your prospecting well, you never need to sell: I just walk in and flop my maps out and leave with the order! Actually, it's not quite as simple as that, but you get my drift. Very selective prospecting and superior technology does a successful career make.
