Home Staging Bid:After an inspection of the home inside and out has been completed a written bid is provided with all work to be performed by your Accredited Staging Professional™. Your Accredited Staging Professional™ can provide a Bid for the entire home or just a few rooms. The Home Staging Bid is personalized to meet your specific needs. We can do as little or as much as you’d like.

Personal Shopping Services:Are there items that you need for your house before it goes on the market? Just provide us with a list of your requirements and a budget to work with and Home Staging by Dawn will be happy to shop for you.

Caravan Preview/Open House Staging:Does your home need a touch-up inspection before that caravan of realtors arrive or before those buyers start coming through the door? Give us a call and we can make sure that the home has all the finishing touches in place.
