Robert Rodgers has been in the industry for six years and has been co-owner of this company with his wife Crystal for the past four  years. Robert is a NJ State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who has also been FHA approved for 3 years.  He has experience with single-family homes, properties over 1,000,000 dollars, condominiums, townhouses, new construction, vacant residential sites, multi-family properties up to four units, REO properties and review appraisal work. 

Crystal Rodgers is the office manger and the primary point of contact for all clients. She believes in developing personal relationships with our clients. Crystal will keep you informed on the progression of your appraisal by sending you daily status emails or phone calls. She can be reached 7 days a week either by phone or email to answer any questions or to process your order. Appraisals can be ordered by phone, fax or email. All phone, fax or e-mail inquiries are responded to the same day
