I moved to Northern Colorado from Florida in 1991. I love the outdoor lifestyle that Colorado offers. I enjoy camping, Hiking, Fishing and hunting. I am active in several enviromental organizations such as Ducks Unlimited and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. I am also a Nature and Wildlife Photographer and a Member of the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Writers and Photographers Association.
I work the Fort Collins, Loveland, Berthoud, Windsor, Wellington areas as well as all Larimer county and Western Weld county.I have recently earned my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation and am currently working toward my GRI designation and will be also working on the E-pro and Green designations when done with the GRI. I have helped many first time home buyers as well as move up buyers in their search for a new home. I am also have several listings through out the Northern Colorado area. I am experianced in Foreclosure avoidance and Short Sales and have the specialized training to help Home owners in financial distress. I have been involved with Real Estate for over 20 years.
