Get to Know Ronald Lee
Licensed to sell real estate in 1978, Ron got his Broker's license in 1982. This was the same year that he received his first award from the Solano Association of Realtors for having the most Closed Sales. Since then Ron has tried to make that a tradition by being one of the Top Ten selling agents, year in and year out.
Ron enjoys the Adventure of Life. Weather it's paragliding, riding motorcycles, sailing on the bay or just kicking back on his yacht with the grandkids, Ron has a zest for living that he likes to share.
Certifications
I would say that I am an "All around" Broker. I have enjoyed working with first time home buyers. I have sold commercial properties, vacant land, appartment buildings, and the staple of the industry, single family homes. I love working directly with buyers and sellers. My clients really like the fact that I am easy to reach and usually answer their call personally.
Today's focus is on foreclosures. REO's as they are called in the industry are properties that have reverted to the lender. We started gearing up in 2005, knowing that the tide was about to turn. This is the 3rd market wave that I have experienced since starting the business in 1978.
The success of the business is only possible because of the dedicated and enthuziastic staff that make sure we meet our commitments and dead lines. This allows me to provide personal service to every client.
