| "I had the pleasure of working with John Muscarella for most of 2012 while my wife and I were looking for a vacation home in Orleans, MA. John was a delight to work with and a true professional in every sense of the word. His attention to detail and his tireless efforts as our advocate in all aspects of the process were exceptional. The first step--locating a house that met all of our requirements--lasted over 8 months and required a substantial amount of work on John's part with no assurance that we would not ultimately decide to buy elsewhere. If this concerned John, it was never apparent, since he arranged mulitple visits and accompanied us on every one, offering his frank insights until we hit on the house that met our admittedly demanding criteria. Once we settled on a house and agreed on a price, John's real work began as he led the efforts needed to successfully close all of the details in the time between the agreement and the closing. Since we were 300 miles away it was incumbent on John to ensure that all of the parties involved followed through on the items that needed to be completed prior to closing and he was magnificent at this. Most importantly, John used his vast experience to proactively identify potential issues so actions could be taken immediately in order to avoid potentially major problems just prior to closing. Overall, I found John to provide consistent, sage counsel. He unfailingly left me with the impression that he had only our best interests in mind regardless of the topic and he was always energetic and responsive in pursuit of our efforts to find the perfect house on Cape Cod.
