While Rick specializes in bringing his legal and real estate talents to bear to help investors throughout the country and the world take advantage of this opportunity and make sound real estate investments in our unique coastal setting, he truly enjoys working directly with buyers and sellers of primary residences and second homes to help them realize that they too can have all of their dreams come true.
Rick specializes in working with buyers from outside of the Lowcountry area who are interested in moving to the lovely region, buying a second home or investing. He loves working with first time home buyers and works closely with new home developers in the area to understand at any givn point in time where the best opportunites lie.
