| Details. Excellence is in the details. We decided to move our entire family and life nearly 1000 miles away. We knew this process would involve some significant decisions and no doubt, some confusing scenarios. Selling our home and everything involved in it would easily be at the top of the list. We did what most people do who don't know where to go...we researched the internet. Through our research, we found 3 agents that we wanted to speak with. Rick was one of those. His website was put together well and his vision on the sales process was what we were looking for. We interviewed all three agents. Rick was the only one who came prepared to our first meeting. He gave us a professional copy of all our comps and a detailed explanation of what we could reasonably expect throughout the process. In the two weeks that our home was on the market, Rick kept in touch with us daily, often multiple times. He always made sure we had options, we understood the options and what the ramifications were of each decision. We truly had a consultant and an ally in Rick. Throughout the paperwork, closing, and post sale process, Rick has remained in contact with us. He even gave us great advice on the house we purchased 1000 miles away.
