Before Rich joined the "family business", he was flying "high" as a commercial airline pilot. Expertly trained at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Rich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 3 years and was hired as a first officer with United Express (subsequently Independence Air) based in Washington, D.C. After 4.5 years and approximately 4500 flying hours, Rich retired his wings in favor of a REALTOR® designation.
In Rich's first 5 years as a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Consultant, he has completed 100+ sales totaling well over $30 million dollars.
