My philosophy in business and in life is that the only way to win is to have everyone around you win - customers, lenders, agents, employees. That commitment has enabled me to stay in business for over 20 years, and to be very successful in being able to have people see what is in their best interest and to take the actions that will make the greatest difference for them.

The same principles are applicable in all areas of life. The $-Road to Riches-$ programs (www.roadtoriches.com) were developed originally in response to the cycle of debt/refinance/debt that I saw occurring with customers, and have developed over the last 20 years to include tools, attitudes and behaviors that empower people to accomplish whatever they set their sights on.
