Get to Know Rex Brown
Lewis & Orr is the oldest real estate firm in Tullahoma, established in 1942 and in the real estate business ever since. I have been practicing real estate since 1997 and have had my broker's license since 2001. My goal is to assist my clients and customers through the process of buying or selling a home in a manner that suits their individual needs. I strive to be atop of my profession by staying abreast of current trends and education by regularly attending TAR and NAR conferences and conventions. I am the GRI chapter past-president for the state of Tennessee as well as a director of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. I have served as President of the association as well as a director of the regional MLS, Realtracs Solutions. I take pride in the service I provide my clients, customers and community. I look forward to communicating with other real estate professionals across the country.
Certifications
I am happy to work with first time home buyers as well as those who have purchased homes numerous times before. Every real estate transaction is a new experience, and just as with homes, no two clients, customers or transactions are the same. Because of my experience in residential sales, I am often able to avoid, as well as solve, problems that might pose a delay or failure of a transaction. I am skilled in dealing with people, remaining objective and getting the job done promptly and accurately with as little inconvenience as possible. My goal is to exceed the expectations of my clients, customers, and everyone involved in the transaction, by being prepared and professional. From the initial interview through the closing, I will be there to answer questions, give advice and support the cause of my clients.
