And it's one of those movies that helped shape a lot of my passions present today. I love real estate, real estate investing, learning about strategic ways to attain real estate. Real estate is a forever changing, forever growing field and it takes a lot of skill, knowledge and action to stay up with the times. I don't know everything about real estate, but I want to. I think that quest to further improve not only my knowledge but the drive to improve myself as a human being can only further help me accomplish my goals!
I have worked in many different fields of real estate over the years. I started out as a loan officer back in 2003 and learned about financing, how the banks work and how to qualify a borrower. Of course, things have changed a lot since then and no longer are we facing stated income and stated asset (SISA) type borrowers. But, now the challenges are the hurdles' banks put before a home owner or prospective home owner during escrow. Now the objective is more of what the home owner can prove in their financials to a propsective loan or financing. If you're experiencing this hurdle right now, DONT WORRY I CAN HELP YOU!
After the crash of the real estate market we saw a trend in foreclosures, notice of defaults and a whole bunch of people trying to approve for loan modifications and bankruptcies.
