With many years of experience in other professions which include Air Traffic Controller and editing for a Legal Publisher, you can bet that the stress of selling real estate won't exceed my capabilities. I am detail oriented and tend to be somewhat of a perfectionist. These traits alone separate me from over 99% of salespeople, regardless of what they sell. I am not the pushy type of salesperson; so you can find others who sell more homes, but it is unlikely that you will find others who care more about their clients.

I was introduced to the real estate "arena" as a youngster by helping my parents prepare their income properties for the next tenant, which surely nurtured my interest in real estate. When I finally made the decision to make real estate my profession, I returned to college for a second round and studied Real Estate as my major. I earned a degree in Real Estate and plunged right in at the beginning of the biggest market slump I've ever seen. Remember the '90's? I spent years learning real estate the hard way, and by the beginning of the new millenium I became one of those who was training the newbies. They say you don't really know something until you've trained others how to do it. How true!

Beyond real estate, my other interests include airplanes, automobiles, computers, family, motorcycles (including dirt bikes), discovery, history, nat geo, and bio channels, most sports, and physics. Priorities of which are not to be interpreted by the order in which they are listed.
