Became a part of the Real Estate Community as a Realtor with Help-U-Sell Real Estate on SE Capitiol Hill in 1990 with Mr Fred Davis as the Broker/Owner. Stayed with Fred for 1.5 years specializing in the HPAP/EAP programs in the District. In 1992 was the Top Sales Person in the EAP Program. Started my first Home Inspection/Termite Inspection Company while with Fred.

In 1992, moved to Rescom Realtors in Greenbelt with Mr Joe Gobbett as the Broker/Owner. Stayed with Joe until l got married in 1997 to the most Beautiful Woman In The World. Dissolved AAA Home Inspection while with Rescom Realtors.

Ressurected my Food Service Career and began working with Johns Hopkins APL in Laurel,MD as a Banquet Chef in 1997. In 1999 progressed to Aramark Corporation as a Exec Chef/Gen Mgr til April 2004 when health complications forced me to take another avenue.

Went bact to school and completed an eighty(80) hour Master Inspector Certification Course with American Home Inspectors Training(AHIT) in April 2004 and have inspected literally thousands of homes since that time including working with HUD Home Source in Silver Spring MD as an inspector of HUD foreclosed homes for four(4) years until the summer of 2008.
