RE/MAX Advantage Plus is a real estate company focused on and dedicated to the success of our associates. At RE/MAX Advantage Plus we realize the key to our company's success has been and always will be, our associates.

Our corporate office in Savage opened in May of 2003. RE/MAX Advantage Plus has over 8,200 square feet in the 15,503 square foot two-story multi-tenant buildint know as the First Pointe Professional Center. The main reception area, business office, agent offices and a conference room are found on the first floor, as well as another conference roon and more agent offices on the second floor. The imported marble lobby floors, the extensive use of cherry wood, and a two story lobby provide a warm, inviting feel to tenants and guests.

First Pointe was built by Deutch Construction Company and is prominently located on Highway 13 South.

Our newest building, the Lakeville office, opened in June of 2006. This two-story, 15,000 square foot Class A office building was built by Greystone Construction Company. It was nominated for arcitectural design awards for Greg Fenton of BWBR Architects in St. Paul, and was designed specifically for completing real estate, mortgage, and title transactions.

From the highly visible location on 17850 Kenwood Trail, one recognizes the innovative building design. Upon entering, one sees a welcoming reception area, agent offices tailored to distinct personalities, and four conference rooms designed specifically around real estate, morgage, and title transactions. Everything was built around the idea of efficiency.

Our Shakopee office is part of a multi-tenant building commonly called the Voyager Bank Building, located at 500 Marschall Road between Highway 169 and downtown Shakopee. This three-story , 31,000 square foot Class A office building was built by Greystone Construction Company and was finished in April of 2004. The building won the ABC Excellence in Construction Award on both the local and national level.

In January of 2005, RE/MAX Advantage Plus opened with agent offices and a conference room on the second floor, and the main reception area, title offices and two conference rooms on the first floor. This space totals just over 5,700 square feet.

Our Prescott, Wisconsin office can be found at the intersection of Highway 10 and Highway 29 in a quickly growing business area with high visibility. Part of a new muti-tenant office building, RE/MAX Advantage Plus leases approximately 350 square feet of space. The Prescott office opened in September of 2006.

The Coon Rapids office opened in 2009 and is located at 2163 Northdale Blvd and is part of a multi-tenant office building.
