Relocation Realty Services, LLC started out providing Relocation Services to the Big Three's International Families and their suppliers touring Metro Detroit, assisting with their housing needs, negotiating leases and sales. We have a loyal owner base whereby we property service their homes by providing affordable marketing, leasing and sales services. We help with rent collection, property maintenance, interim, move in and move out inspections. Our clients on average pay less than other companies in the area because we tailor our service to their personal needs, they pay only for what they need, not a blanket fee.

As the Broker of Relocation Realty Services, LLC I primarily work as the Manager of the company. However I also work with the Tenant or Buyer as either an Exclusive Agent or Transaction Coordinator. If I'm representing the Seller or Landlord I work as a Seller/Landlord Exclusive Agent or as a Coordinator and rarely with permission from all parties I can work as a Dual Agent.
I have excellent references with a very loyal client base. I pride myself on personal service. I've had tax classes with H & R Block and though I do not provide tax consulting I am able to help the Investor Owner get a head start on what deductions they can expect while owning rental investment property. I work with the 1st time buyer to the seasoned Investor.
