Pat & Rick offer exceptional customer service in their real estate careers. They have built a solid real estate practice by focusing on their clients' wants, needs, and point of view.  In his earlier life, Rick developed and taught contracts and negotiation courses in the para-legal program at George Washington University in Washington D.C.  Pat is currently a certified real estate instructor in Washington State.  Additionally, their commitment to the community is fostered by leadership positions in the Assistance League® of the Eastside, The Eastside Windermere Foundation Board, University Rotary and "down & dirty" experience as Adopt-A-Road volunteers.  Married for over 35 years, Rick and Pat know a good partnership is enhanced by the rule of the complement of opposites.  They each provide different strengths and knowledge to and for a client that together are powerful forces ensuring a successful real estate experience for their clients.
