Some website that claims to provide information about neighborhoods in Cookeville were still calling Tennessee Tech University, Tennessee Polytechnical Institute. A name that changed decades ago. This just proved to me further the need for a reliable and current source of information and the relevance of the role realtors do in home buying and selling.
