Regla Vera, a Seasoned Realtor  with HomeBased Realty, Sherman Oaks office, began her career in real estate as a Sales Agent in 1978 in Montclair, New Jersey. After moving to California in the 1980s, Regla decided to expand her knowledge of real estate and pursued the field of real estate appraisal as a trainee for a major savings and loan association. Her hard work and keen perception of real property market value earned her an upper management position. In 1989, she opened her own appraisal company, Trump Appraisal Company, now Real Property Valuations and also a school to teach classes on her own successful brand of "hands-on" appraisal techniques.
