He scheduled a showing of his listing right away and when I wasn't interested in the property, he made it a point to listen to what I was looking for in a new home and he embarked on a search to help me find a place that I am really happy with. | Working with Robert was an absolute pleasure. I was not currently living in the area and was looking to buy a property remotely to have ready for when I moved there. In the beginning, I was pretty nervous about buying a house without physically being in the area, however, shortly after starting to work with Robert my fears were put at rest. I realized quickly that Robert was definitely a true professional. He handled all the little details of the whole process and acted as my eyes. He gave me lots of local information and told me of all the little things I should be concerned about and how to go about taking care of them. I have dealt with a few realtors in the past, and until working with Robert on this deal I didn't realize how important selecting a good agent was. I definitely have found my realtor in the South Florida Area for life. |

| I am 68 years old and have purchased between 8-10 homes in my life, both for myself and my children. My experience with Robert was the best I have ever had. I consider myself experienced in this process, and I was often a little pushy with Robert. He responded totally professionally with no attitude, and moved in the direction I wanted even when he disagreed with me, which he would do softly if at all. He gave me no guidance in answering this survey and we are not related nor are we personal friends. Robert Morales is a total professional. Robert went out of his way whenever his assistance was needed, even when it interrupted his personal life or required early meetings. He is an excellent representative for Redfin.
