| Raymond and I have worked together over the past 4 years to lease a home to two different tenants. I was always impressed with Raymond's knowledge and strategy during the entire listing and leasing process. This year I decided to liquidate the home. Raymond was invaluable during the process, from recommending affordable sub-contractors to prioritizing projects, listing, staging, and bid acceptance strategies. Always there to answer the multitude of questions and concerns throughout, and no question was too insignificant making me feel like I was his only client. He was genuinely excited to watch our home undergo renovations. He kept my best interests at heart, and gave consistently good advice. We listed on a Friday, and by Saturday afternoon we'd had 38 showings and 12 offers, the highest of which was 107% of asking price. Raymond's knowledge of the nuances of selling a home impressive, to say the least. He truly loves what he does, and it shows...not only in his attitude, but in his professionalism. Although he is very busy he makes you feel like you are his only client. | My wife and I were fortunate enough to have Raymond represent us with the sale of our home. We listed on a Monday and were under contract by Tuesday morning. Raymond was able to cultivate multiple offers and we sold for more than our list price. However, these are not the reasons I would recommend Raymond although they are a wonderful plus. I work in the mortgage business and I deal with real estate agents on a daily basis and there are some who are not very proficient in their own business. Through my previous work with Raymond I knew going into it that would not be the case with Raymond. He is spot-on with his advice. He will walk you through every facet of the selling or buying process. He is constantly thinking about your best interests. He works diligently to negotiate the best terms possible for you on every little detail. No detail is too small he has considered them all and how they will impact you. | We couldn't imagine having anyone else help us sell my home besides Raymond. He always treated us with the utmost respect and we felt as though we were very important clients due to the time given to us and his consistent availability. He treats all clients the same, regardless of size and value of the home you're selling or buying. He did an amazing job marketing the home by having professional photos taken and getting the word out using various means of communication. He was always prompt and friendly with buyers' agents and any other third parties. | Raymond is always working to get the best deal possible. He got us great deal on a duplex with the seller paying the closing costs at a price well below market. But when my first lender dragged their feet the seller threatened to back out of the deal, Raymond got them to agree to several extensions without penalty. He helped us price the rental unit at market value and get the potential tenants calling. We now have a tenant lined up before we have even made a mortgage payment.
