My name is Rebecca Cunningham and I live in Claremont, NH. I have been a New Hampshire Licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor going on 5 years now. I acquired my NH Real Estate License at the age of 18 along with my Realtor Designation, became a NH Notary Public and finished the GRI 101 & 102 Courses. I was first introduced to the business when my mother (Christine Corey - Also currently with the Bean Group in NH) opened her own Real Estate Company in Claremont. We were a part of a local team working primarily in the Claremont area.

Once familiar with the market, I became knowledgeable of all types of Real Estate. I work closely with Investors, First Time Home Buyers, Relocations and the like. I then acquired my ABR® Designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative). This coveted Designation is presented by REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council) to Real Estate Professionals who have completed and met the specified educational and experience criteria set forth by REBAC. The ABR® Designation is said to be the Benchmark of Excellence in Buyer Representation.

In March 2008 I joined a new company - The Michael Bean Group. With the help and knowledge of this new company, I have widened my coverage area to now include not only Claremont and Newport, but Sunapee, Newbury and New London.

This summer I have had the great opportunity and privilege to meet some great Agents with my Company, through showings and the chance to meet new customers & clients and their families!
