I am a highly experienced Real Estate professional holding a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate Major. I have been a licensed agent since 1996 and a Broker/Owner for the past 12 years. I have personally listed and sold over 5,000 homes and have overseen over 15,000 transactions. After achieving my brokers license, I started The New Home Team, Inc and then followed that by starting Realty Today, Inc in 2008.

I don't believe in  bad markets. I prefer to see the changes as new and varied opportunities. I think it is very important to provide all of my agents quality time and advice from a liability point of view. I truly enjoy seeing my agents develop and feel great pride in selling their listings. We are a great team and I like to organize Agent Appreciation nights, where we really have fun and can get to know each other outside of the work environment.

I believe the key to success is mind set, a can-do attitude, confidence. If you focus on success, that is what you will achieve. I really enjoy the real estate industry and love nothing more than helping a client into their dream property. It's the best feeling in the world!
