| This is the second property this real estate agent/broker has sold for us. Each time she has done an outstanding job. Previous to using Svetlana, we used an agent from another well known real estate company that merely listed our property then said he would contact us when an offer came in. We literally never heard from him after we signed the papers to list our buildable lot. When the listing terminated, we hired Svetlana. Within about three weeks, we received an offer from a buyer. We found Svetlana to be very experienced and she is also multi-lingual which helps with language barriers since there are so many international buyers these days. She is also very internet-savvy and markets homes/properties in different and in more effective ways than traditional real estate agents. Her follow through is excellent and she always responds to calls or emails within minutes which is important when you need an answer right away. She goes above and beyond standard customer service. I would feel very comfortable recommending Svetlana to buyers and sellers alike. She is one of the hardest-working people I know and she loves what she does. |

Be careful.” that's what many people told me when we started hunting for our house. This is not the case with my realtor. With Svetlana you will sleep well and be safe. She will make sure you fully understand what to expect from the house you are making your offer for (replacing windows, cracks to be fixed, it's about time to do roofing, kitchen will need new cabinets because they smell, this school system’s extra curriculum classes cost additional money, kindergarten cost $2000, there is no transportation (school bus) to take your kid to kindergarten every morning from "this area"). Learn about house market, prices, negotiating process, about the school district in your prospective area, inspection details, arrange for closing, financial arrangement, and much more. No. Stop. | My experience with Local-n-Global and Svetlana was so wonderful. I am a single mom who needed to sell her first home fast in a not so great market. Svetlana swung into action and made things happen. My house went on the market in March and was sold by the beginning of June. After the first buyer fell through she was right on it and had another buyer within days. I have recommended them to others who also had a great experience and will continue to recommend them to others. |

| I had very specific requirement, and was very skeptic about possibility finding home I need. Svetlana not only found desired floor plan but also negotiated unbelievable deal on it….
