Ok - Here is a picture of me above land. I am a full time Real Estate Agent Broker and own company Progo Relaty in Pace/Pensacola Florida. I also am an instructor and owner of A Plus Real Estate Academy.
In my previous career I was an Elementary School teacher. Education is in my blood. I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and E- Pro. I was the 2006 Chairman of the Professional Development Committee for our local Realtor association. I volunteer to monitor many classes/courses including the GRI when it comes to town- yes I am an Education Geek.
I have been full time in this business for 7 years. I love new agents who decide to join the "Real Estate Business" because they want to have flexible time to spend with their family. I tell them- their time IS FLEXIBLE... you get to pick which 60 to 80 hours a week you want to work. Aaaa... Scuba Diving is a faint memory, I can't answer my phone 90 feet under water.
I work mainly in Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Cantoment, Gulf Breeze and occasionally Crestview- all along the Emerald Coast- the most beautiful beaches in the world!
I work with both Buyers and Sellers. A large portion of my business based on referrals. I am not one of the biggest agents in town... you call my cell phone you will speak to me- not an assistant. I only take on enough clients that I can handle I have had to turn down business because I believe customer service is important. Buying and Selling a house is a BIG deal- emotionally physically etc.
I am a former Military Brat and love to work with military clients moving to the Pensacola Area. Nearby bases are NAS, Whiting Field and Eglin. When I show clients homes they also get a tour guide of the area... I know what it like to be in an area for 2 days on leave and have to buy a house, learn about the schools, the area etc.
