Megan Buckley Fass is truly exceptional at what she does - from beginning to end, Megan is a top-notch realtor. We had two very complicated real estate transactions occurring simultaneously and Megan guided us the whole way, pushed us when we needed it, gave the substantive advice we were looking, went above and beyond in a number of instances and in the end, we had a highly successful buying and selling experience and without hesitation, would and will, recommend her in the future.
On the selling front, Megan assessed our property situation, linked us up with a strong team of vendors she has worked with for years, constantly communicated with us about property sales in the area, market trends and best times to list. She assisted with big and small details from helping us get the house fixed up with a trusted contractor, staged and decorated and fully packed, all through her vendor network. We received a total of three offers, all very competitive and one at full asking price. We believe this was through the customized website she set up for our property, the compelling flyers inside and out of the property, welcoming open house and comprehensive follow up with all visitors. She negotiated with the other realtors and buyers and we were able to achieve our top goal of settling on our old property before going to settlement on our new property.
On the buying front (again also going on simultaneously), we were able to purchase a wonderful new home due to Megan’s responsiveness and availability and purchase strategy. We had been looking at properties on our own and with Megan in the weeks prior and just hadn’t found the exact, very specific home we were looking for yet. Until, very late one Friday night, we saw THE home come online and within an hour, we had a meeting confirmed for early the next morning to see the property. She contacted the listing agent who contacted the home owner and we were the first ones to view the property, make a strategic offer that Megan helped us craft and we had a ratified contract a few hours later. We then utilized Megan’s network of trusted vendors and worked with a recommended lender, title company, home inspector etc.
Our above buying and selling transactions were highly complicated with some unforeseen bumps in the road that Megan helped us through - from unexpectedly moving up our selling timeline since we unexpectedly found the house we were waiting for, unrepresented buyers, various contracts and needing to go to settlement on the old before the new. This all required extensive time and communication and Megan’s ability to manage from the top level but also be fully engrossed in the details was a huge advantage. I believe what differentiates her from the competition are: deep knowledge of the market, true care about her customers, strong team of vendors, responsiveness at all hours, strong sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset to win.
My wife and I found Megan on Franklymls.com and engaged her services to buy our house and sell the condo we were moving out of. She was very knowledgeable in the area we were interested in and handled the buying and selling smoothly. We were a bit uncertain in what were looking for (besides more space) - so she helped steer us to a decision (which we are very happy with). On the selling side, she made a number of recommendations to do some minor renovation/fixing/staging and the result was that our condo got multiple offers within a day of listing and a contract secured within two days of listing (above list price). We would recommend her to family & friends and would work with her in the future if we need a Realtor in the area.
