Felipe earned his BS in Biology from Cal State Fullerton in 1998, and taught 6th grade science at Travis Ranch Elementary School in Yorba Linda. In 2003 while he was a graduate student, he began to look into the home buying process. After months of research, Felipe learned enought to decide to continue with a career in real estate. Felipe continues to apply his training as a scientist to keep up with the ever evolving real estate market.
