I became a Realtor after my son purchased a home and he was so proud he did it on his own, he told me after the fact! 3 Years later that home in another State went in foreclosure. His type of loan was awful, his debt ratio showed he couldn't afford that much house for himself and 3 children and the home was no deal! I asked him questions to discover the Realtor gave him no respresentation and was only interested in her commission. That purchased hurt his family for years and I will never forget it. Since then my passion is to find the right home, investment for the right person/family! To ask questions and listen. To be truthful and look out for all persons concerns. To make the American Dream of Home ownership become possible. I have families of generations that call me on their 2 and 3rd purchases when upgrading and I am Proud to Say All my past & present Clients whether buying or selling have all come out well! I love my families, my military people relocating, and Investors. I believe Good attracts good and would Love to make your good move as simple as possible. Resident of Tampa Bay area for 27 years and love Florida living and all it has to offer. I work full time only because I love it!
