| Rene is patient, helpful, and available everyday. She knows what she is doing and is on top of not only her responsibilities, but she makes sure the other side of the process is doing what he or she is suppose to do. I have called / emailed Rene numerous times with questions and she was able to respond with the answers immediately. Very warm and caring individual. Also, it is not only her helping you, but the WHOLE ANDERSON TEAM, which is not on the payroll. |

| After starting off with another realtor who we were not pleased with, we went to Rene Anderson and it was one of the best decisions that my husband and I could have made; it ended up leading us to buying our first home! Rene not only sent us listings of homes that she thought we would like, she gave us insight on neighborhoods, the VA loan and the home buying process as we are first time buyers. In addition, as a new mom, she accomodated my baby's schedule into account! That personable service is hard to find! Rene was available at all times and always answered our questions. I highly recommend her! |

| I highly recommend Rene Anderson! As a retired military veteran, she is knowledgeable in USAA, the VA loan and understands the complexities of life that military members may face when moving. In addition, she has lived in Virginia for many years so her local knowledge of the surrouding area is superb and hard to find in such a transiet area. Lastly, Rene is very responsive. She provided a detailed comp analysis within hours of requesting it. It's hard to find a realtor with such knowledge and professional demeanor. |

| If you're looking for a great agent to either sell or buy your home, look no further. Rene is amazing! In a world where you find more and more agents not working so hard, Rene took me back to what a real estate agent is supposed to do and that's work hard.
