I stake my reputation on how well I provide real estate services to my clients. I keep the buying and selling processes simple. For buyers: I meet with the buyers to learn what their requirements are and to explain the buying process. I schedule appointments with them to look at properties that meet their criteria. Once we have found "the right home", I make recommendations on what their offer should be and participate in on-going negotiations and follow-up.
For Sellers: I research what similar properties have sold for and based on the research I recommend a listing price to the sellers. I also provide an estimate of the selling price and the related expenses. I use various methods to market a property. These are all explained to the seller when we first meet. I am actively involved in the negotiations and continue to follow-up on all the conditions.
My primary market is residential real estate which consists of: single family homes, condominiums, and 2-4 family homes. I am experienced in working with a wide group of buyers and sellers. Among them are: First time buyers; clients who need to sell a property in order to purchase their next property; investors, including new ones who need guidance in the investment category.
