These words have been the foundation of my Real Estate career since being awarded Rookie of the Year for Listings and Sales for the York County Association of Realtors 20 years ago.
Over the years I have established myself not only as a dedicated and trusted Real Estate professional but also as one who values getting to know my clients and understanding their needs while delivering outstanding service.
Results in today's competitive Real Estate Market
My knowing about houses and neighborhoods and being able to strongly negotiate successful contracts is important, but, obtaining results in today's real estate environment takes both a savvy business sense and a true devotion to the personal aspects of the home buying and selling process.
Ongoing education is critical in our ever changing real estate business. I have obtained the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist,) a designation held by only 4% of Realtors in the United States, and ePRO, a certification for internet professionalism.
In 1998 I obtained my Brokers license and owned and operated a successful Real Estate franchise for 10 years before merging with RE/MAX.
I can offer my clients results thru personal experience. Throughout my real estate career I have been personally involved in new construction, investing, and land development. My husband and I manage nearly 50 single family and town home investments. I also have extensive experience in working with corporate relocation clients with several respected York companies.
A Great Place to Call Home
As a native to the south Central Pennsylvania area, growing up in nearby historic Gettysburg in Adams County, I settled in York after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Clarion University.
My husband Frank, a native of York County, is a Real Estate Investor and Developer. Frank and I feel blessed to be raising our son Tate in the communities where we grew up and that we love. We are actively involved as the Treasurer and Den Leader of our Cub Scout Pack and enjoy spending our spare time cheering on our son's Panthers Soccer and Basketball teams.
Devoted to York County
Dedicating time to our community is important to me as well. . I have served as a Board Member of Family Service, and I am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Leadership York, and Toys for Tots.
In my Real Estate community, I have served on the Board of Directors of York and Adams Counties, as the Publications Chair, and on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees.
