My name is Michael Vida.  I own Potomac Homes, Inc. and have been a builder in Northern Virginia for the past sixteen years.  I formed R.E.Fresh with my wife Trish, a CPA that has been an accountant/financial officer for the past eighteen years, to rejuvenate and add value to distressed homes, especially foreclosures.

Services provided by R.E.Fresh include three basic packages; The Mover, The Shaker and The Deal Maker.  The Mover include a deep cleaning of all windows, floors, base boards, mirrors, fixtures, appliances, cabinets, and surface areas.  It also includes cleaning the fireplace, replacing light bulbs, installing air fresheners, cutting the grass, trimming the bushes and sweeping the driveway, deck and patio.  The Shaker includes all of The Mover services in addition to steam cleaning the carpets, painting all walls and ceilings, repairing minor cracks and holes and refreshing the mulch beds.  Finally, The Deal Maker  includes all the aforementioned services plus replacing the carpet and light fixtures, repairing or replacing screens, painting doors and trim, routine lawn care and exterior power washing.  R.E.Fresh also offers a winterization and security package and many other services depending on the specific needs of each home.
