| Russell & his team helped me finance the purchase of my first home, and after working with them, I would recommend them to anyone. The property I had been renting was being foreclosed on, and I was given almost no notice to vacate, so I needed to find something quickly. Russell and his team were extremely attentive and diligent throughout my search, reviewing each property I considered and giving me estimates on what my monthly payments would be for each, which helped me greatly to facilitate a quick decision. They were Superheros when it came to exploring different financing options, and finding something that would not only work for me, but with a better interest rate than I expect I would have gotten elsewhere. They always seemed to be available when I needed them, and they were always on top of everything throughout the entire process. | Looking for an honest, loyal, knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated mortgage professional? Then here is the guy! I have had the pleasure of working with Russell and his team for over three years now. When I discovered Russell the housing market had fallen, many Realtors were leaving the industry and I had buyers but none could obtain financing at almost every bank there as at the time. I was diligently searching for a professional loan officer that shared my ethics and concerns when it came to my clients. I take working with my clients personally and feel that everyone of them can be a home buyer. I was searching for a loan officer that felt the same. My first initial contact with him was by phone. Dozens of questions were asked and answered. Near the end of the conversation Russell said, "Kip, I feel that every applicant can be a home buyer with a little education." I knew I had found my preferred lender of choice. I met with him and his team over the next few days. I submitted dozens of turn downed applicants and was so impressed at an answer to not only them, but an answer in response to me each time thanking me for the referral and a detailed plan of execution for each client to aid them in obtaining the American Dream. Over 80 per cent of the buyers I had worked with to be turned down by other lenders were approved and proceeded to close under the professional guidance of the Russell Smith Team. I have never worked with a lender that is as dedicated as much to your success as he is to his own. It is important to be able to speak directly with a lender as you represent the rights of others. It is important to a Realtor to have everyone in the office know you voice, respond to your request in professionalism, and want to close every transaction as much as your buyer and seller wants to . I have witnessed Russell's expertise in deals that were in trouble, situations that other mortgage pros would just close file, deals that have a high probability in never making it to closing, and anxious nervous clients not sure how to proceed.
