My wife Kristie and I have lived in the Fredericksburg area for over 20 years and really enjoy sharing the charm and character of this city with folks moving to the area.  We both graduated from the University of Mary Washington located in the heart of the city and now have two boys who attend the outstanding public schools in the area.  Prior to persuing real estate as a full time career I was a marketing manager for a regional electric utility and Kristie was an inventory control manager for an international compressor manufacturer.

In 2001 I purchased my first investment property and completely fell in love with the real estate business.  Since then we have added over 50 rental properties to our investment portfolio and have represented clients on the purchase of everything from first time homes to multi million dollar estate homes.

Kristie and I both work in the business full time and believe in several guiding principles:  1. Listen to the needs of the client, 2. Be responsive and communicate on a regular basis with the client, and 3. Always be honest and ethical in dealing with all parties to the transaction.
