I graduated in 1993 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BBA in Marketing.  I spent a majority of my professional career in the information technology industry at New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where I was in the President's Club, which is the top 50 out of 3500 account executives.   I went to work for Cornerstone Mortgage in early 2005.  I have excelled in my profession, and now I am one of the top Mortgage Consultants for Cornerstone.  I enjoy this job more than any I have had, and I think my enjoyment of the mortgage industry shows in my work.  I Utilize my background in technology to better serve my clients.  One example of this is a web based service I use daily that updates the mortgage backed security markets every 2 minutes.  With the extreme volatility we have in today's markets, using this system could mean getting my client a much better rate or protecting them from a rate increase.

 My goal is to take the fear out of the home buying process by completely explaining the process and setting expectations with my borrowers.  I also attend my closings, because I know the loan better than anyone else and I feel it is important to be there to answer questions.  My strengths include knowing the available programs and how they are changing and having the ability to show buyers which loan program best aligns with their financial goals.  I also return my phone calls, and follow-up with my clients after the loan closes.  Referrals are a key part of my business, and I believe that if you treat people right, they will tell others about you.
