Get to Know Bob Clark
When you call someone, do you expect that call to be returned? As soon as possible? I do, and you probably do as well. I always return calls, usually within a couple of hours. When I am able, I will return your call right away! Should be a simple thing to do, right?
My motto is "It's All About You!" Returning your calls promptly is a good place to start. Listening to what you have to say when you call me is something I also do. For example, if you tell me that you want to look at properties that do not exceed $300,000, I will not send you properties over that amount. One of my specialties is actively listening to what you want and doing my best to see that you get it. For the best possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of stress to you. I am very good at what I do.
I was the National Director of Training for an insurance company for eight years. One of the most basic concepts I taught was 'Help enough people get what they want, and you will get what you want'. What I want is to be the best Realtor that I can, and the way I can accomplish that is to get you what you want. It's All About You!
Certifications
Some real estate agents like to be 'Listing Agents', some like to be 'Buyer's Agents'. I like to be both, in that they compliment each other. My specialties include first time buyers, seasoned buyers, and sellers in all price ranges. I am a Cartus Certified Marketing and Relocation Specialist. The very nature of that specialization includes both buyers and sellers, so I have to be equally proficient in both areas. I receive the most satisfaction when one of my clients refer to me as an awesome agent! It is, of course, good for my ego, but it also means that I've accomplished my client's real estate goals in a way that has made them very happy. I got them what they wanted, and they were pleased with the way I treated them throughout the entire process. In many cases, pleased enough to refer their family and friends to me, which is the greatest compliment I can receive, ever!
