In the new world of underwriting (which looks suspiciously like the pre 2000 world of underwriting!) you must have a loan officer than truly understands programs, products and underwriting guidelines.
I started my career mostly working with first time home buyers, and as I built my business, turned my focus to construction lending. I am familiar with all available loans in this market place.
