Get to Know Rick Calanni

Prior to joining Matthew Ferrara & Co., I was the Director of Product Development and Growth Markets at Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. At Coldwell Banker, I managed key corporate programs including LeadRouter, Concierge and Previews International and helped franchisees build their business through effective lead management practices, niche marketing and sales training. During this time, I helped educate over 3,000 franchise members on the brand's systems including buyer and seller services, business development tools and recruiting resources.

My previous experience includes working at Realogy Corporation as National Account Manager, where I consulted and coached strategic alliances within the Coldwell Banker, CENTURY 21, ERA Real Estate and Sotheby's International Realty franchise systems. Prior to joining the real estate industry, I spent over 12 years developing innovative marketing programs for various consumer products and services including AT&T, Nokia, MasterCard and NASCAR.
