Well, first of all, I work for you, and that will help us both, as I only get paid when we are both successful, and not before. I will be honest, with tact, to help you understand this crazy home-selling and buying process. You are going to be anxious enough, believe me, I know. You want me to use my skills as a professional to fight for your best price possible and give you the honest truth on what you need in buying, or selling, your home. Yes, it's my opinion, but I am trained to work with people, not sell and buy houses. I have numerous trades people that can help budget and prepare your home and your finances to get you the home you can afford. I will not allow you to be "house poor". Seen the market lately? There are lots of house-poor folks out there. Don't fall into that trap. Buying a house will likely be the single most important investment you can make, so you need to do it right the first time! That's where I come in!

I have worked in customer service since first helping my father at his retail businss forty years ago. I have endeavored in many facets of the customer service industry from livestock to lingerie, and enjoyed every minute, well almost! But, do you know what this has done for me in regards to you? It has trained me to be a well-rounded person and to see many more sides to a situation that just the obvious. I can facilitate, resource, research and solve nearly every problem that might crop up. I can advise on building and contracting, plumbing, environmental concerns, interior design, even landscaping and animal husbandry to name a few interests! And if I cannot solve it, you had better believe, I will know someone who can!
