About Ray Lacson

In 1993, Ray Lacson wanted to purchase his first home and wanted to find out how to do it. He enrolled in a real estate class at San Diego City College and loved it so much that he went on to complete his Associate Degree in Real Estate. After graduating, Ray Lacson began his real estate career assisting buyers and sellers in Escondido, California. Back then as now, short sales, foreclosures, bank-owned properties and distressed homeowners were an all too common circumstance. Ray learned that helping others with their problems and making an unfortunate situation less traumatic was a good long-term business philosophy.

In 2003, Ray was involved in a severe automobile accident that changed his life forever. He understood how precious time is, and how when given a chance people are so willing to lend a hand. He wants to help others in the same way as many others helped him through a very difficult time.

In 2005, Ray worked in the mortgage business helping homeowners and buyers with their home loan needs. But Ray felt his true calling was in real estate sales and reignited his sales career in 2007.

With his education, his background in sales and mortgages, and his desire to help others, Ray understands what's necessary to get results.

His commitment and his goal is always to help others to get to a better place..
