After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business in 1978, I moved to Hilton Head Island to work with Lancaster Resort Rentals and Sales. In 1979, I received my Real Estate Brokers License and in 1985 I went to work as a full-time sales agent acting as Broker in Charge of the Sales department. On a professional level, I was elected as President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors for 2002 and now serve as President of the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head for 2004 through 2010. In addition, I have served on the state level as a State Director for the South Carolina Association of Realtors in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.My earlier experience with rental management has given me insight into the needs and desires of the real estate investor. With over 30 years of experience in this market, I can help the investor find the property that is right for their particular level of investment and determine the best time to sell or exchange. Since 1990 I have earned the Distinguished Sales Award every year. For current owners of Hilton Head Real Estate, I can assist you in selling at the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time by selling your property as an investment.Lancaster Resort Sales uses the latest in technology with high performance scanners, digital cameras and Web based technology. I primarily work in the areas of Hilton Head Island that have direct beach access: Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Shipyard, Forest Beach, Singleton Beach, Burkes Beach and Port Royal.

The first six, Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Shipyard, Forest Beach, Singleton Beach and Burkes Beach also allow vacation rentals. One of my specialties is the listing and sales of homes and villas for the vacation rental market. My earlier background in vacation rentals gives me insight into the various costs and income associated with vacation rental properties. As a real estate professional, I can assist buyers and sellers with the ins and outs of purchasing vacation rental property.

Port Royal does not allow vacation rentals making it a very private community. Most of the residents are full time and divide their activities between rounds of golf, sets of tennis and waking the beach.

If you are considering the purchase of a vacation rental or moving to a community with ocean access - you have come to the right place!
