Randy has been in the sales and advertising fields for his entire professional life.  After a successful sporting marketing career and another few successful years in consumer sales, Randy entered the real estate investment market with one rental property.  Within a few months of this deal, Randy decided real estate was the final route along his career path.  Since entering the field, Randy has purchased and managed his personal investment properties, purchased, renovated, and sold properties in his private portfolio.  He has also managed properties for other private owners.

Over the past eight years, Randy has used his experience and expertise to help many first time buyers acquire the home of their dreams.  These buyers have purchased homes ranging form move in ready to shell intended for rehab before occupancy.   Randy has also helped many first time investors get on the path to financial success.

Many sellers have also benefited from the knowledge Randy has acquired over the years.  These sellers have been able to sell their home on schedule and realized the highest return on their investment.

Currently, Randy is continuing to building a real estate office and team dedicated to providing the highest and best resources available to the Baltimore County and Baltimore City market.
