Get to Know Randy Kistler
I grew up in South Central Nebraska amongst the second and third generation of hard working successful immigrant farmers. Most of these folks weren't highly educated, and having been victims of the Great Depression, most had little money to start with. They did however possess tremendous integrity and a consistent work ethic. Most of the men were veterans of WWII or the Korean War. They could either lead or take orders as necessary to get a job done. Men worked in cooperation to complete much of the hard work of farm labor, and almost everyone contributed in some way to the betterment of the community. I bring these values to my business as my contribution to a better community.

Having been a realtor since 1977 I have seen many cycles and changes. In every real estate market there are winners and losers and there is always a market for something. My success has been in finding that market. When interest rates soared to over 18% in the early 80's I found a niche in land. Most investors had little incentive to take their money out of cash assets, but builders needed to build to stay in business. In the 90's, apartment buildings were the hot ticket. Favorable tax laws and easy financing were rapidly inflating that market and even my investors that did not sell and take advantage of the inflated market are currently living comfortably off of the income. Today is an incredible opportunity for the first time buyer or small investor. No matter what the market conditions, I will be there for you.
