Wanda Burns-Ramsey and Calvin Ramsey- The Ramsey Team specializes in new construction, development, sales and marketing. We have successfully provided sales and marketing in 43 new home communities throughtout Wake and Johnston Counties of North Carolina representing more than 30 custom new home builders in the last 10 years. We know new construction, communites and builders.

The Ramsey Group also has an aggressive general brokerage team concentrating on sellers and buyers. They are ranked in the top two percent of Coldwell Banker agents internationally for sales volume. Last year, The Ramsey Group was recognized by the Triangle Business Journal as one of the top 25 real estate teams in  the Triangle.

Wanda has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate profession. She previously worked as an economic development specilalist for the North Carolina Commission of Indian Affairs. She continues to volunteer her time in the area of community economic development. She recently served a as the NC representative on the National Indian Business Association Board of Directors. Currently she serves as the secretary of the NC Indian Economic Development Initative, an organization she is a founding member of.

Calvin has more than 15 years of experience in real estate after leaving his previuos career in marketing and training management. He participates in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Prison Fellowship Ministries. He is also president of the homeowners association for Madison Villas Townhomes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

Both Wanda and Calvin are Certified Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representatives and members of the Council of Residential Specilalist. Calvin is also a memebr of the Realtors Land Institiute.
