Get to Know Ray Smith
I am a graduate of Dickinson College (BA Policy Studies Management) and the
Pennsylvania State University (Master's of Public Administration). From 2006 to 2008 I worked for Senator Arlen Specter in Harrisburg, PA as a caseworker. I am proud to join the mortgage lending industry as an ethical, responsive and courteous mortgage consultant. In addition to being a mortgage consultant, I am also a
Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. I believe being sound in mind, body and spirit is
the only way to achieve true happiness. I take this philosophy to my business as a loan officer.
Certifications
In my time spent as a loan officer, I have worked with first time homebuyers, self employed, refinances, loan modificaitons, FHA 203 K Rehabilitation clients and much more. I jave gained a significant amount of experience and joy working with first time buyers. I remember how confusing the experience of buying a home for the first time can be. It is easy to fall prey to unscrupulous real estate agents and lenders if you do not know the process. My goal is to educate the borrower not only for the first transaction of their home but for a lifetime. The right mortgage education can literally save you thousands of dollars over the span of a lifetime. If you are a first time buyer, make sure you are in the rights hands.
