A little about myself:
I am the Broker/Owner of Intrepid Realty in Northern Nevada I am an E-pro Realtor and an Accredited Home Staging Specialist. I hold a BS in Research Psychology, Univ of Pittsburgh, 1994. Originally born and raised in Pittsburgh, I moved to the Tahoe area in 2002 after vacationing in Tahoe year after year. I'm an avid golfer and skier....tennis, dirt biking, 4-wheeling in my Jeep Rubicon are all fun activities too. I have a wonderful little boy named Jackson who's the light of my life! We enjoy the amazing scenery everyday and have a world class Swim Center, outstanding parks and recreation programs. I live in a maple tree-lined newer subdivision just down just over the mountain in beautiful Carson Valley. The weather is ideal in Northern Nevada and there are many activities to enjoy. My office is in Gardnerville and I specialize in Douglas and Carson City Counties. I work with many investors to find rentals and we often flip properties together.
