Nothing is more important to us than our family and home, it always has been.  It really is where the heart is ❧ what we call our happy place.  So we have dedicated our REALTOR® careers here in the Raleigh NC area to helping others connect with their dream homes in and around Wake county.  We are passionate about making the buying a home or selling a home experience (whether it's in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs or any where else Wake County), as enjoyable and smooth as we can for our clients.  We work hard to try and create raving fans of our clients (if you'd like you can read what our clients say about us), we love what we do and this may sound cliché, but we both are in our dream jobs.

Being in the real estate business as a Realtor® here in the Triangle is really many jobs rolled into one... 

We're problem solvers; take the seller who works a night shift and sleeps during the day (tough when trying to sell a home).  We're great listeners; and not only with our ear!  Sometimes a client can't come right out and say why they like or don't like something. So we also 'watch' for clues... We're counselors; moving is a stressful time (especially for families) particularly if relocating to the Triangle from other parts of the country (or world) the stress is intensified.  Kids leaving their friends - a  trailing spouse leaving friends, family, or perhaps even their career...  it's up to us to help transition everyone in the move to a place that fits their lifestyle that they are used to.  We're negotiators;  as a Realtor® our fiduciary is to our clients.  Understanding the process behind buying a home in Raleigh, or selling a home in Cary NC allows us to work in our clients best interest.   We're managers; so often we are required to keep everything and everyone on track - and keep the closing moving forward.  That includes the other agent, the other parties in the transaction, the builder, the lender, the attorney, the inspectors, the surveyor, and on and on.  That in itself can be a daunting task at times requiring that we also maintain a sense of humor.

But most importantly - we're human beings.   We can't think of any other career where we get so very close with people in such a short period of time.  And we can't think of any other business we'd rather be in than Raleigh Real Estate.
