| Raina Pierce is the best in the field. She goes out of her way to accommodate any client's needs or wishes. Raina Pierce comes thoroughly prepared and has extra information available; covering any aspect whatever may arise. I have done business with Ms Pierce in the past and so has my husband. We both highly recommend her. Raina Pierce provides an outstanding service, is very friendly, of the highest caliber as a professional and found us our "Dream House". | Raina is a consumate professional. She worked for almost a year to help my Mom and I find the perfect house. We had a checklist of items we wanted and did not want. Raina did her best to stick to the list. Raina was so patient when I wanted to keep seeing the same house over and over!! Raina is very knowledgable with the contract and negotiation process. This was my first time buying a house and Raina made it an easy experience. I would recommend Raina for her professionalism but she is also fun, outgoing and truly understands your needs. |

| Raina did a great job! She helped us buying our current house which I love. We got informed that we have to move from Indiana state to Washington a month and half before. The first month, we were working with another realtor who has wasted our time. The remaining two weeks, we heard about Raina from a friend and we worked with her. She is very nice, friendly, funny, patient and smart. House hunting is a stressful process at least for me. If u wanna minimize your stress, you would have to go with Raina. As our time was tight, Raina understood this issue and she helped us buying this house WITHOUT seeing it "personally". What happened is that we came here twice and there was no luck. Every trip will cost us a lot in terms of hotel, car rent, and flight ticket. Raina sent us pictures of our current house and the pictures were amazing. I asked her to tape a video for the house as we can't fly for a third time. She taped us a very detailed video that u can easily decide whether u want it or not. We liked it, bought it, and moved into here. Now, We are very happy with my house. Thank you so much Raina ! |

| I am the kind of person who. Sn find something wrong with an otherwise perfect situation,i have hired three real estate agents before Raina then a friend o mine referred me to Raina and said just give her a call and you will see,which i did,..me and my wife was not only impressed by how nice and outgoing she is. Ut with her knowledge and expertise..she know the buisness in and out,she will look for your best interst and she will find you the place of your dreams that you can call HOME. I would recommend Raina to any customer especially the hard ones and i am sure you be as happy as we are today |
