Dede Farrell and her husband, Tim started their own construction business in Lake Arrowhead, California in 1984.  They both have been active players in the Real Estate field, with buying, selling and managing properties, Tim even had his Real Estate license in California for years.    While raising 3 kids, in 1992 decided to move to Pagosa Springs, Colorado and start a new life there.  They specialized in Condominium Remodels and Residential new construction.  After 8 years and all of their kids nearly grown and gone out of their home, they wanted to settle down in a more relaxed enviroment.  So in 2000 they moved to Kellogg where they still reside today.  Dede's husband still has his construction business and Dede found her new love of Real Estate as an agent.  She joined Miner's Hat Realty in 2005 and hasn't looked back.        

Rachel Robb and her husband, Kevin both were born and raised in the Silver Valley.  She joined Miner's Hat Realty in 2004 as the receptionist and quickly knew she needed to help people on a more personal level, which lead her into becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2005.  Her and her husband plan on taking over the family business in the future.

Dede and Rachel started working close together, constantly wanting each other's opinion and suggestions.  In 2006 they became business partners.
